Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery

Item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale OR Stock Clearance Sale”
• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
• Personalized, customized, or hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments)

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@kdm313.com.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
